Where are your belts made?
All Freely Well belts are proudly crafted in the United States with care and precision.
Can I remove the buckles and use my own?
Yes. Every Freely Well belt comes with a removable buckle, secured with screws. This makes it easy to swap in your own buckle whenever you like.
Orders and Shipping
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are typically delivered within 7–9 business days (including processing and transit). Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate of $6 for all orders within the United States.
What countries do you ship to?
At this time, Freely Well ships within the United States only.
Where is my order confirmation?
Your order confirmation is automatically sent to the email address provided at checkout. If you don’t see it within 24 hours, please check your spam/junk folder. Still missing? Contact us at help@freelywell.shop for assistance.
Can I cancel or modify my order?
Since we process orders quickly, you must contact us within 12 hours of placing your order to request a cancellation or modification. If the order has not yet shipped, we’ll update it right away.
Returns and Refunds
What is your return policy?

What condition must returned items be in?
Belts must be unused, unworn, and in original condition or packaging to qualify for a return or exchange.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned item reaches our warehouse. Please note that your bank may take additional time to reflect the funds.
