Return and Refund Policy

At Freely Well, we want you to love your purchase. If for any reason you are not fully satisfied, our return and exchange process is designed to be simple and transparent.

Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
  • Items can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery.
  • To exchange an item, simply return the original product and place a new order for your preferred choice.
Refunds
  • Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
  • If more than 10 business days have passed and you have not received your refund, please contact our Customer Service team for assistance.
Return Shipping Costs
  • If you received the wrong item, defective product, or damaged goods, Freely Well will cover the return shipping cost and provide prepaid shipping label.
  • If the return or exchange is due to personal reasons (change of mind, wrong size, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and it will be our responsibility to arrange the return label.
  • We do not charge any restocking fees.
How to Start a Return
  • Contact Us First: Email us at help@freelywell.shop before sending back your item. Returns sent without prior contact will not be accepted.
  • Send the Package: Drop off the parcel at your nearest return location (instructions will be provided).
Important Notes
  • Items purchased online cannot be returned to a physical store.
  • All products are carefully inspected before shipping, but in the rare case you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange a free replacement or issue a full refund.
